Plant Based Nutrition & Coaching Services:

We believe and follow healthy concepts that are specifically geared toward our goals and our lifestyles.  We choose a plant based approach to wellness that is backed by science designed to have you feeling your best, looking your best and preventing common known diseases.  We do not follow "fad" diet crazes or "in the moment" food trends.  Understanding why food is so important in achieving optimal health is our obsession.  We spend hundreds of hours researching, studying and taking various courses to understand the effects our food choices have on our bodies.  We then get to the kitchen and create easy recipes that are delicious enough for the entire family. It helps that Gina T. has been working in a kitchen, in her families restaurants,  since the age of 13 and her obsession with fitness, food and health have helped create the menu's on this program.

60 Minute Consultation with 2 Week Plan: $175

This 60 minutes is designed to get to know you, discuss your current state of health, activity level and lifestyle goals.  If weight loss is the goal, we implement a plan based on a caloric deficit with whole, unprocessed foods proven to aid in weight loss and stave off off common disease and illness. You will receive a plan to implement with healthy, quick recipes, a sample menu and a better understanding of how good nutrition can benefit your life and our planet.

Purchase the Consult below and you will receive a confirmation email to set up appointment.

After first two weeks, we meet again, assess and adjust.  Each week thereafter, $45 for new plan with recipes.

6 Week Reboot:

If you are tired of "dieting," drinking your calories, counting macro's, or confused about how to implement healthy choices that are sustainable long term, this plan may be perfect for you.   This plan is designed to get your cravings under control, blood sugar stabilized, your palette refreshed, your gut heath in check,  and ready to take control of your health.   Menu with recipes, 1 trip to the grocery store with Gina and 2 check-in sessions with Gina are included in this plan.  You will learn how to read labels, cook quick, easy meals for entire family all while shedding unwanted weight.

Plan, Shop & prep

This is the ultimate experience as we plan meals for your busy week together, head out to the grocery store, where Gina will teach you how to shop organic on a budget, how to read and compare nutritional labels, and head back to your place to get it all done.  Learning how to prep for a family with different tastes is not always easy and does take effort.  You will have a variety of prepared meals  for the week by the time she leaves. You will set a time to meet with Gina, prior to going shopping, and plan which meals you will be shopping and prepping for.  You will receive email confirmation, once purchase is made and first meeting will be set up.

Cost: $550 (groceries not included)

Private Catered Events

Yes, Gina, together with J & J catering of Albany NY can help you plan your next event at your home or other venue. We offer a full service menu, from delivering food to your door for your next party or we come with a  full staff that serves, cleans up and makes you and guests our first priority.  We offer farm to table menu's, a whole foods, plant based approach or even a combination for picky crowds.   Inquiries to Gina@518Fitness.com

the Ultimate plant based 3 Day Reset: June 12th first Start Date

If you are looking for a break from prepping your own food, to feel better than ever, to have more energy and to help jump start new healthy habits, this may be for you.  

 

3 Meals per day No counting calories, no counting macros.  Never again.  Get your body back to it's normal state by listening and re-establishing a baseline.  Menu will be posted one week prior to pick up date, orders need to be placed by June 1st for the 12th.  Pick ups at FreeStyle 1800 Western Ave. Albany NY 12203.  You will receive Tuesday dinner, Wednesday/Thursday breakfast, lunch, dinner and Friday breakfast and lunch.   All meals are naturally gluten free, dairy free, sugar free, no animal products used at all, and market available ingredients sourced local when available.
